Diono Radian®RXT Review & Giveaway!
Looking for the right car seat for your children is an important task because it involves their safety. I have gone shopping several times for car seats since my daughter was born and have used 3 different brands as well as some others the grandparents purchased for their cars. You can definitely tell the difference between a thin and well made car seat. I noticed the weight of car seats really determines how well its made and how safe it is after researching the best features of car seats. Car seats that are made with more plastic are more likely to break in an accident or not be able to handle a hard impact. I compared a Costco & Graco Car Seat to the Diono Radian RXT and the difference was very obvious. The Costco was cheap, thin and very light; honestly i could step on it and it bent. The Graco was pretty good it held up well, decent weight and not completely made of plastic like the Costco car seat. The Diono Radian RXT was a completely different experience an incredible one at that, it is made of a steel alloy frame, reinforced sidewalls, adjustable head support and their very one patented SafeStop energy absorbing harness. The EPS foam surrounds the child’s head and body so that it provides complete side impact protection. The Diono Radian RXT also has a unique SuperLatch system that makes installing the car seat super easy. Another unique feature is this is the ONLY car seat rated for latch use with a child up too 80lbs. It will then convert to a booster seat up too 120 pounds. This car seat has a 10 year life span which means it will grow with your child as it starts out at 5 pounds and goes up all the way too 120. I personally feel that is an incredible feature i have gone through 2 car seats already and my daughter is almost 3 and now i have had the opportunity to review the Diono Radian RXT and i feel blessed to be able to experience such a well made car seat that i know my daughter will be safe in for years to come. The features of this car seat are endless they just keep coming!
The Diono Radian RXT car seat can fold completely down when not in use or when you are traveling you can wear it as a backpack. Check it out!
If you have multiple children you can fit 3 Diono Radian RXT Car Seats across, this is great to save space and keep your children comfortable.
The Diono Radian RXT comes with one cup holder but you can fit up too 4!
The Diono Radian RXT comes with memory foam padding and infant support pillows that are removable. I also loved that the car seat is low to the seat so it easy for my two year old to climb in and into her own seat. Some car seats i always feel as though i need to lean into it to put my daughter in but i feel comfortable and don’t feel as if i am straining to put her into the seat. The Diono Radian RXT is available in a variety of patterns such as Spring, Colbalt, Daytona, Plum, Rugby and more than you can check out on their site. I love the Spring pattern i received it is girly and fun. The Diono Radian RXT is sold for around $339 but is currently on sale for $271.99 and can be purchased in their store. I feel this is a very reasonable price since it has a 10 year life span and is also very well made of nothing but the best materials. My daughter also loves her new car seat and is much more comfortable than she was in her previous one.
I have absolutely no complaints about the Diono Radian RXT Car Seat it is definitely the best of the best. The quality does not compare to any other car seat. It is above and beyond the rest of the competition. I will definitely be purchasing another when we are ready for more children. I am so impressed with the Diono Radian RXT i will be telling everyone about it!
