Week 8 on Nutrisystem!
Finally lost over 10 pounds! My 1.5 weight loss this week makes for 11 pounds! I tried some new vegetables this week that i have never eaten such as Brussels Sprouts and Turnip. They were okay but not as great as my favorites such as Broccoli and Cauliflower. I have definitely taken on more vegetables and fruits than i have ever eaten in my life. I love taking the Nutrisystem Alfredo and adding my own Broccoli to it or the Chicken Parmigiana and adding zucchini and mushrooms. The Nutrisystem meals are very versatile so you can add just about any vegetable to it and it will taste great. It really feels great to have made a complete lifestyle change in just 8 weeks to drinking no soda and cutting down on all the bad things i used to eat. I get to still eat great and even have Ice Cream which I’m not sure i could live without! The Nutrisystem Ice Cream is delicious! Check out their menu here and you will be amazed at all the great food you will have to choose from if you start the program. I love it and its starting to pay off! See you next week!
