Week 10 on Nutrisystem!
In week 10 i lost a pound, I went to the doctors this week and she was happy to see i am working on losing weight. She gave me some advice for exercising tips as that is my hardest obstacle. Finding the time to do it and the motivation to do it all the time. With the cold weather upon us it will get even harder as i enjoy walking outside with the fresh air and looking at nature makes it a little easier. I found that there is quite a bit i can do inside and i found that my daughters dance studio offers Zumba which i have tried before at another fitness center but found it to be very hard and too advanced. The dance school starts off slow and increases so that everyone can learn so i will be happy to start this class and hope it bumps up my weight loss. Eating right i have down pretty good now with the portion control tips that Nutrisystem has provided. I am finding ways to drink more water and make better choices everywhere i go. This weekend i will be attending a VIP event for Hood Dairy and i am working on bringing my Nutisystem Bars and snacks so i can stay away from all the treats they will have for everyone. The food support and selection Nutrisystem offers is tremendous it makes dieting so much easier for me. I am pretty used to the smaller portions now that i am in week 10 but i have kept with it and its slowly paying off.
Weight Loss Week 10 = 1 pound
Total Weight Loss = 13 pounds!
