Chili’s Pick a Pepper Review & $20 Chili’s Gift Card Giveaway!
Chili’s is one of my favorite restaurants to bring the family out to dinner too. I was happy to be able to go check out the new Pick a Pepper menu courtesy of Chili’s. My husband and i did the 2 for $20 which included many of the Pick a Pepper menu options.
· Smoky Chipotle Chicken Fajitas – Sizzling grilled chicken, sautéed onions and bell peppers kicked-up with chipotle pesto sauce and melted Monterey Jack cheese. Topped with crispy onion strings.
· Santa Cruz Steak – 100% USDA Choice 6 oz. sirloin topped with seasoned butter and a side of tangy verde sauce. Served over fire-roasted corn salsa with jalapeño-cheddar mashed potatoes.
· Roasted Red Pepper Grilled Chicken – Grilled chicken breast served over a zesty roasted red pepper cream sauce. Topped with melted pepper Jack cheese and served with rice and steamed broccoli.
· Chipotle Salmon – Seared Cajun-spiced salmon with a smoky chipotle-garlic pesto cream sauce. Served with rice and steamed broccoli.
We tried the Roasted Red Pepper Grilled Chicken and Smoky Chipotle Chicken Fajitas. Both were pretty spicy and flavorful. I would say that it might have been too spicy for my liking to order again but my husband loved them both. The presentation of the items was great and all the ingredients went well together. The chicken was cooked and seasoned well. The fajitas came out sizzling hot and fresh one of my main reasons i love Chili’s. Everything is always hot and tasty. Other than being too spicy for myself the food was good and so were our delicious Strawberry Lemonades!
